of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also declare your withdrawal using our withdrawal function at https://prop-lab.app/vertrag-widerrufen. If you use this option, we will communicate to you without delay (e.g. by e-mail) an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal, including its content and the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

End of cancellation policy

Note on the early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires when we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to our beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium. We obtain the two declarations separately when you order; we make the files available only after the contract confirmation.

Notes on the start of performance and on expiry

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service and, before performance began, you expressly consented to our beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the contract.

CFD and FEM analyses and results discussions: Consent to beginning before the end of the withdrawal period is voluntary. Without it, we begin processing only after the withdrawal period has expired. The start of processing alone does not cause the right of withdrawal to expire.

Token packages: The tokens are credited immediately if you consent to beginning before the end of the withdrawal period. The contract has been fully performed when all tokens have been used. In the event of withdrawal, we refund the pro rata package price of the unused tokens; the amount payable for used tokens (in proportion to what has been provided) is the pro rata package price.
